Welcome to St. James Garlickhythe

We are a church in the heart of The City, disciples of Jesus Christ, offering worship to God, and serving the people who live and work here. This website gives details of who we are and what we do, and tells the story of our beautiful 17th century church, known as Wren's Lantern, which stands on a site where Christian worship has been offered since Saxon times.

Please come and join us!

If you work or live in the parish, and are interested in joining us, having a child baptised, or getting married, come along to a service or get in touch.
